Shipping Fees
Every employee and client of this Spectra PremiumTM online boutique must pay the shipping fees for the ordered products, returns and cancellations.
The shipping flat rate is $9.75 for any order, except for orders of $75 or more. Orders of $75 or more come with free shipping. Spectra PremiumTM reserves the right to change these rates at any given time.
Spectra PremiumTM may choose to pay shipping fees during a special promotion. In this case, the promotion will be clearly stated on this website.
Exchanges or Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service for an exchange or return within 5 days after the reception of the product. Any return must be validated by Spectra PremiumTM before sending back your purchased item. Please follow this process:
- Email our customer service department at boutique@spectrapremium.com to ask for a return, clearly detailing your name, order number and reason for the return;
- If Spectra PremiumTM accepts to refund your purchased item, our customer service department will send you a return shipping label with the courier account, return number and our shipping address ;
- Using the same box you received, stick the return shipping label on the box and deposit at the courier company as noted on the label.
NOTE: Any purchased item returned without a valid return number will not be refunded.
Spectra PremiumTM will not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased good which has been used, modified or transformed.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Shipping fees are still applicable.
Sales Taxes
Sales taxes that apply to your territory are generally applicable. For Canadian customers: Federal GST (Goods and Services Tax) and Provincial PST (Province Sales Tax). For United States customers: Sales Taxes are defined by State Laws.
